This company is AWESOME!!! It took serve pro approximately 2weeks to come in and simply move furniture that was in our home after a flood. We were in a hotel for nearly a month dealing with them.After weeks of frustrating and nothing getting done, my husband was informed that friend of his had a cousin that worked on situations like this and could get things moving faster!!! Our super hero, Louis!!!! We called him on a late Thursday afternoon. He just finished a job and not only did he show interest in meeting and helping us… he took time and met with us THAT AFTERNOON!!! Less than 10 days out … our home was COMPLETELY finished! OMG I cannot express to you a job well done!!! Let’s  just say that I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!! If I could give him a 20 stars than I would!!! It brings tears to my eyes just expressing how much I appreciate how above and beyond he went just to make sure he took care of our requests. He is definitely FOR You, his customers!! He has a passion for his job and it definitely shows!!!! We have had several remodeling projects! No one has EVER exceeded our expectations like he has!!! Try him! See for yourself!!
